Joint Venture is the project of Danny Newburg a chef who has worked in restaurants such as Momofuku Ko, Cabane à Sucre Au Pied de Cochon, and Estela. jv is about collaborating with friends, connecting directly with nature, working with local farmers, and foraging. jv food experiences are timely and expressive of their surroundings. jv is ever-evolving.
We worked on developing a website that focused on community, that featured menus, videos and photography that document the nomadic experiences.
The identity strayed away from typical logos and branded materials and focused on the mystery of where & what could happen next.
