Joint Venture
Joint Venture is the project of Danny Newburg a chef who has worked in restaurants such as Momofuku Ko, Cabane à Sucre Au Pied de Cochon, and Estela. jv is about collaborating with friends, connecting directly with nature, working with local farmers, and foraging. jv food experiences are timely and expressive of their surroundings. jv is ever-evolving.
We worked on developing a website that centered around community. It featured menus, videos and photography that documented the nomadic experiences.
